This is such a great finger food for babies! They are perfect for little babies and packed full of veggies! My girls love these 🙂 To see a video example click here –> click here 🙂

Ingredients:
3 eggs
1/2 cup grated zucchini
1/2 cup grated carrot
1 tbsp grated cheddar cheese
1 tbsp wholemeal flour
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius.
2. Add everything to a small bowl and mix well to combine.
3. Line a 16cm x 21 cm tray with baking paper and transfer mixture to tray.
4. Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
5. Let cool for 10 minutes and slice into 24 fingers.
6. Easy peasy!!
