One of my biggest hindrances to my healthy eating journey historically and somewhat today is snacking. I’m one of those big time snackers, I will wake up at 2:00 and 3:00 am and just be mindlessly eating.

All this to say meatballs are an effective way to combat snacking, they are really calorie conscious. And I got this idea a while back from my gym trainer. So I’m going to show you how to get rid of snacking with chicken meatballs and teriyaki sauce.
