Health and fitness are important for everyone, but especially for young people. As we age, our bodies become less able to handle the stresses of everyday life, and we need to take care of ourselves to stay healthy and fit.

Getting regular exercise means moving your body for at least 30 minutes most days of the week. And getting enough sleep is important for both physical and mental health.
