What I eat in a day (when working from home)

There’s no denying that all our lives have been turned upside down by recent events. Like, what the actual fck universe?!

Most humans hate change – particularly when it’s thrust upon us with very little warning and it affects our everyday routines. Hard No.

My reaction? Little freakout, mass purchase of gym equipment, writing a new plan, engaging a PT and trying to be even more structured with working hours to I have some sort of separation (if not by distance) between play and work. It’s not easy peeps, and I’m sending plenty of time snacking and then realising I didn’t need to eat at all. SO her’s the honest truth about a usual day working from home and my diet:

Breakfast: 40g rolled oats, 100g greek yoghurt, 25g protein powder – mixed with mater and topped with 40g berries, 15g almonds.

Snack 1: Protein bar + Barista Almond Latte

Lunch: 3 pre-boiled eggs, shredded iceberg, coconut aminos, sea salt

Snack 2: 100g greek yoghurt, 2 tsp nut butter, 1 bag kids lightly salted popcorn.

Snack 3: Almond milk sugar-free hot chocolate

Dinner: 140g poached chicken / 120g fillet salmon/ 150g tofu + steamed greens / salad

Dessert: Few cubes of watermelon + Almond milk sugar-free hot chocolate
