“Most don’t know that I actually did Jacob’s intro when we first opened the South location. The workout consisted of sprints on the bike, squats, and push ups. And let me tell you this dude went hard! It was supposed to be an hour, but by the time he recovered, almost two had passed. When he left, I was certain he wouldn’t return. After no response and a few weeks, I had pretty much accepted it wasn’t for him. Fast forward one year later, and he walks through the door as nothing had happened! Now I see him every week, and he loves it! He loves to party and he always works hard. I would like to say thank you to Jacob for proving me wrong and allowing me to be a part of your journey.
