Are you looking for a spicy af chicken recipe? My partner loves spicy foods so this recipe was right up his alley! If you want to decrease the spice, I’d recommend adding less sriracha, a little more brown sugar, and soy sauce.

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 35 minutes
Marinating Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour
Servings: 8 thighs
Combine the firecracker sauce ingredients and marinade your chicken thighs in the sauce for 20-30 minutes.
Heat your oven up to 375F.
When ready, add the chicken thighs to a greased baking dish and bake the chicken for 35-40 minutes. Use a meat thermometer to make sure the internal temperature to 165F/75C to check if the thighs are cooked through.
For extra crispy skin, set the chicken under the broiler and broil for 3 minutes, keeping an eye on it as the skin can burn easily due to the sauce.
