This is her chipotle chicken taco recipe, she uses a brilliant little hack of using canned chipotle chilli’s in adobo sauce. This little shortcut means you can mix it all together and bung it in the oven, super simple and packed full of flavour. Perfect for a weeknight treat! Check out her book, this recipe is on page 24!
