Hi everyone! I pray that you are doing well and staying safe during this time. As some of you might already know, I have four family members who have been tested positive for COVID-19, those of which include my grandfather who is 97 (Jeddo), my grandmother who is 89, my aunt, and my uncle. While it’s been a challenging and scary couple of weeks for my family, I am happy to share that everyone is on their way to recovery. My heart is with those who have been affected by this pandemic as well. No one is alone in this. We are all in this together.

The supplements protocol that I am sharing with you today is what I have personally been using for me and my family, and I am sharing this blog post and video because I have had SO MANY requests from people to do so. These are merely the vitamins and supplements that I am choosing to put inside of my body, and this is the protocol I’ve been sharing with my family to help them get well too.
